PEPG'S FIELD TECHNIQUES WORKSHOP 2025: REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION ARE NOW OPEN
The Plant Environmental Physiology Group (PEPG)’s Field Techniques Workshop will be taking place from Sunday 7th September to Friday 12th September 2025 in Naturasolta - Quinta de São Pedro, Portugal, just 15 minutes from Lisbon.
This event will invite 100 plant biologists to come together for a series of practical workshops, alongside presenting their work in the form of a poster (with selected abstracts being given the opportunity to present a flash-talk alongside their poster).

TRAVEL GRANTS
Please note that SEB are able to offer a number of travel grant opportunities for student and early career scientist members of the SEB to attend the symposium.
COMPANY OF BIOLOGISTS TRAVEL GRANT
You can apply here for the Company of Biologists travel grant on a quarterly basis and the upcoming application deadline for a CoB grant to attend "PEPG's Field Techniques Workshop 2025" is 31 March 2025.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
There is limited on-site accommodation available for up to 28 delegates (14 female identifying, 14 male identifying) in the form of shared dormitories with bunk beds and semi-private shared rooms; this option is an additional £270.00 for the dormitory and £330.00 for a semi private shared room per person for 6 nights (arriving Sunday 7th September and leaving Saturday 12th September 2025) and can be booked when registering for the event.
