Irene Manton Award
The Irene Manton Poster Prize is open to students and early career scientists and takes place each year at the SEB Conference. A prize of £100 is awarded to the best poster in each section (animal, cell, plant biology and EOD).
HOW TO ENTER
- Submit an abstract online for a relevant session at the SEB Conference on or before 31 March 2022 and tick the box which states "I would like to be considered for Irene Manton poster prize".
- A PDF version of your final poster must be submitted to the events team , [email protected], by 31 May 2022. Posters will be judged during the poster sessions at the SEB Conference.
- In the circumstance where your oral abstract submission for the SEB Conference has been accepted for poster presentation, you will still have the opportunity to apply for the Irene Manton poster prize and will need to provide a PDF of the final poster to enter the competition.
The winners of the award will be announced during the Awards Dinner on 8 July 2022.
