Exhibition set up/break down times

Arrival and set up for exhibitors attending the conference is on Monday 3rd July from 10:00 – 19:00. Pre-conference registration will open at 15:00. All exhibitions stands will need to be set by 19.00.

 

Break down of exhibition stands will commence after the final refreshment break on Friday 7th July at 14:45 once all delegates are clear of the area. If your stand is not broken down by 17:00, you will be asked to stop whilst the delegates clear from the exhibition area before continuing. Complete breakdown of your exhibition stand will need to complete by 19:30.

 

Exhibition opening times

The exhibition will be open for the main conference hours.

  • Tuesday 4th July - 08:00-17:00
  • Wednesday 5th July - o8:30-19:15
  • Thursday 6th July - 08:30-18:00
  • Friday 7th July - 08:30-14.45.

We also have a welcome evening reception on Tuesday 4th July (19:00-18:30) and poster sessions on 5th (17:15 – 19:15) we encourage exhibitors to have their stands open during these times.
