Across 2023, we are planning a series of live broadcast public lectures that will address how Experimental Biology research from past 100 years has contributed to solving problems of today, and how research from today will impact the next 100 years.
One of our key aim is to increase the influence of experimental biology within the scientific community and demonstrate to the wider public its importance and the impact of biological research on tackling real-world issues. We will be using UN Sustainability Development Goals as a framework for these lectures, such as climate change, food security and conservation efforts.
