Abstract submission for the SEB Conference Antwerp 2025 is now open
We are delighted to announce that the abstract submission for the SEB Annual Conference Antwerp 2025 is now open.
All abstracts for the Annual Conference must be submitted via our online abstract system.
Abstracts can be submitted for any of the scientific sessions at the Annual Conference.
The abstract submission deadline is Midnight (GMT) on Friday 7 March 2025.

TRAVEL GRANTS
Please note that SEB are able to offer a number of travel grant opportunities for student and early career scientist members of the SEB to attend the SEB Conference.
COMPANY OF BIOLOGISTS TRAVEL GRANT
You can apply here for the Company of Biologists travel grant on a quarterly basis and the application deadline for a CoB grant to attend "SEB Conference 2024" is 31 March 2025.
To apply for a SEB Conference travel grant, please fill in the Travel grant application form by May 2025.
ACCOMODATION AND HOTELS BOOKING
Preferential accommodation rates are available for SEB attendees staying at the Clarion Congress Hotel. The available rates will need to be booked using the direct link found on the SEB website.
On the SEB website you will also find information regarding accommodation nearby, also offering a discounted rate to SEB attendees.
CHILDCARE
The SEB is delighted to announce that to make our conference more inclusive we will again be offering a crèche to provide childcare at our Antwerp 2025 Annual Conference.
To provide this facility we will be teaming up with Nipperbout, an award-winning event childcare company with over 25 years of experience.
- Registration will open on or before 15 January 2025 and will be closed on 10th June 2025.
