Awards Dinner
The Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday the 10th of July 2025 from 19:00, at Art Nouveau Hall, The Grande Horta Café, Hopland 2, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
The winners of the President Medallist Award, Young Scientist Award, Irene Manton Prize, Woolhouse Lecture, Plenary Lecture, and Bidder Lecture will receive their awards from the SEB President, Tracy Lawson, during the Awards Dinner. The dinner includes a drinks reception upon arrival, a three-course meal with wine accompaniment, followed by music and dancing.
Awards Dinner tickets are an additional cost and can be booked upon registration. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have already registered and would like to add this ticket to your booking. Once the awards dinner registrations have reached capacity, there will be a waiting list. If a space becomes available, we will notify you. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

- First course: Pulled chicken / Avocado / Mango / Red cabbage / BBQ Mayonnaise
- Main Course: Salmon fillet / Spinach / Puree of garden herbs / Hollandaise sauce

- Option 1: By Tram
- Once at the station, you can take a tram. Look for Tram 3 or Tram 5 (direction Linkeroever) or Tram 9 (direction Eksterlaar).
- Get off at the Meir stop. It’s a short 2–3-minute ride.
- Option 2: By Walking
- If you prefer to walk, it’s about a 10-minute walk (approximately 750 meters) from the station.
- Walk southwest on De Keyserlei and continue onto the Meir shopping street.
- Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hopland and Leien.
